Four unfinished housing estates in Mayo are to benefit from €245,727 in funding.
Minister for Housing and Planning, Jan O’Sullivan, announced the funding for Barley Hill Court in Bohola (€75,000 ); Highland Park in Kilkelly (€45,000 ); Annagh Village, Lahardaun (€40,000 ); and Bracklaboy in Ballyhaunis (€84,000 ).
A further €193,214 will be made available from third parties, such as developers, lenders, and bonders.
The funding is part of a €22 million public and private capital investement in unfinished estates around the country.
