Some 800,000 Canadians and others around the world are to read all about Mayo and the Wild Atlantic Way as a couple of top travel bloggers, Dave Bouskill and Debra Corbeil, are travelling around the county and recording their experiences as guests of Tourism Ireland.
The Canadian couple’s blog, The Planet D, is hugely popular, reaching almost 800,000 people.
They arrived in Ireland on the inaugural Aer Lingus Toronto to Dublin flight.
Tourism Ireland invited the famous bloggers to sample the Wild Atlantic Way in the hopes that their writings, videos, and pictures will inspire some of their followers to come and discover Ireland for themselves.
