Future looks bright at McCormack’s Opel

McCormack’s Opel, run by brothers John and Kevin McCormack, is going from strength to strength.

And according to the pair, much of their success can be attributed to their team of top professionals at the car sales business at Carraroe, Sligo, who are dedicated to getting their customers happily on the road, fully satisfied and confidant in their new purchase.

The team at McCormack’s includes John and Kevin, sales manager Paul Byrne from Knock, Ronan Marren in sales and Mary and Lorraine on the front desk.

This team, and the exceptional service, and best value offered, is proving very successful, according to Mr Byrne, who has worked in the motor industry since 2006.

“We have excellent offers on new and used vehicles at the moment, offers that will not be beaten,” he explained. “We are expanding our client base every month, and sales of new cars have accelerated since the new 141 registration.

“I envisage big changes in 2014, and endeavour to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to all our customers.”

Mr Byrne said they are also currently in search of 1.3/ 1.7 diesel five-door Astras.

“Anyone who has these vehicles, we welcome with open arms,” he added.

McCormacks showroom itself is still located on the original site in Carraroe, Sligo, just outside the town adjacent to the busy N4 motorway.

The site is just an acre in total with a dedicated car showroom of 5,200 square foot. There is more than adequate space in the extensive showroom to accommodate up to eight vehicles.

The two valeting bays, one wet, one dry, are used to bring up the vehicles to showroom condition. There is a busy fuel service station and shop also on the site operated by McCormack's Garages (Sligo ) Ltd.
