GPA Solutions is delivering a FETAC Level 6 advanced payroll skills award in Galway. This award is ideal for learners who wish to enhance their existing payroll skills by focusing on areas such as tax implications when calculating pensions, BIKs, illness, maternity benefit, and cycle to work scheme in both a manual and computerised context. It will also explore aspects of relevant employment law, various revenue reports, and filing with ROS and year end procedures.
The programme is delivered through lectures, case studies, and assignments. Successful participants will be awarded a component FETAC Level 6 award (6M5103 ).
The course commences on March 5 and will run for one evening per week over 10 weeks. One hundred per cent funding may be available to jobseekers and 30 per cent funding may be available to those in employment/self employed.
