David Gray has been announced as a headline act for the Westport Festival of Music & Food this June.
The Welshman was adopted by Ireland in 2000 when his career defining album 'White Ladder' went to number one and sat there for six weeks, becoming the bestselling album ever in Ireland.
Gray, who is releasing a new album later this year, will play at Westport House on Saturday, June 28.
He joins more than 70 artists and comedians who will be performing across five stages at the boutique festival over two days.
Acts already confirmed include Bryan Adams, Sinead O'Connor, Divine Comedy and Kool and the Gang.
