Krystyna Malachowicz with an address at 22 Hazel Hill Dawns, Ballyhaunis, was served with a book of evidence against her by Garda Alan Ryan, at Ballyhaunis District Court this week.
Malachowicz was bailed to appear at Castlebar Circuit Court sitting for criminal business on January 21 2014 to face 62 separate charges of fraud that are alleged to have taken place between May 6 2010 and December 11 2012 at Ballyhaunis Post Office. Malachowicz was granted legal aid for her solicitor Evan O’Dwyer and for one junior counsel for the Circuit Court trial.
