A total of eight different property portfolios in Mayo will go under the hammer at the next Allsop/Space auction in the RDS in Dublin on Tuesday December 10. The Mayo properties up for grabs include a number of residential and commercial properties.
The biggest reserve price quoted for one of the items is €150,000 for a development of 12 apartments, mixed between one and two bedroom, and three, two-bedroom town houses on Bowgate Street in Ballinrobe. Elsewhere in the south Mayo town there is a a four-bedroom semi-detached house in the Waterside development listed at €35,000, and a package of two four bedroom detached homes in shell condition also in the Waterside development listed for a €45,000 reserve. In Swinford a development of four two-bedroom and two one-bedroom apartments has been placed for auction with a reserve of €80,000.
In Foxford there is a ground floor retail shop unit, with upstairs residential accommodation with a reserve of €25,000, while in Achill a site overlooking Keel Lough and Keel beach at Slivemore has a reserve of €15,000.
In Castlebar there is a two bedroom flat at Tara Court on the Ballinrobe road listed for auction with a reserve of €15,000 and 418sq metre residential unit in the N5 Business Park to be auctioned off for €25,000.
