GPA Solutions is delivering its FETAC Level 5 manual and computerised payroll award in Castlebar to provide learners with good basic knowledge of manual payroll and the practical knowledge of the working of payroll software.
Learners who successfully complete the payroll course will gain a thorough knowledge of what is required to operate a payroll software package successfully. The participants will learn how to manually process payroll calculations and to understand the practical procedures involved in completing computerised payroll functions, revenue returns, and year end procedures.
The programme is delivered through lectures, case studies, and assignments. Successful participants will be awarded a component FETAC Level 5 certificate.
The courses commences on November 21 and will run for one day per week for four weeks. One hundred per cent funding may be available to jobseekers and 30 per cent funding may be available to those in employment/self employed.
