The winners of a poster competition held by Cosgallen in conjunction with an anti-litter campaign were in category A: Chloe Tuffy, Carramore National School, Swinford, and in category B: Catriona Lynch, Aughadeffin, Kilkelly.
Two other highly commendable entries were from Rory Smith, Cloonaghboy, Swinford and James Devaney, Culmore NS, Swinford. Both of these posters along with the two winners will be printed in a 2009 calendar published by Cosgallen.
All entrants were also entered into a draw for a compost bin and kitchen caddy and the winner was Darren Convey, Culmore, NS, Swinford.
Cosgallen office Christmas holidays
The Cosgallen office will close on Friday December 19 for the Christmas holidays and will reopen on Monday January 5 2009. The management and staff would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year.
