This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Centra stores throughout Mayo will be brightening up communities in the county with Centra’s pink walks in aid of the Irish Cancer Society’s Action Breast Cancer programme.
Over 200 Centra stores across the country have signed up to host a pink walk which will see thousands of people pounding the pavements with nine Centra stores across Mayo participating to raise much needed funds for the charity. These stores include; Raftery’s Centra Claremorris; Cuffe’s Centra Belmullet; Walsh’s Centra Kilmaine; Hoban’s Centra Westport; Hennigan’s Centra Ballindine, Sheridan’s Centra Newport; Casey and McShane’s Centra Ballina and Campbell’s Centra Killala.
For those who would like to take part in any of Mayo’s pink walks, just visit your local participating Centra store, register and get walking to raise much needed funds for the Irish Cancer Society’s’ Action Breast Cancer programme.
