The Football Association of Ireland will hold Kick Start courses in Castlebar and Knock in the coming weeks.
A Kick Start 1 coach education course will take place in Milebush Park, Castlebar, on Saturday October 19 from 9am to 5.30pm. This course is designed to assist beginner coaches, parents, and teachers introduce young children (aged six to nine ) to fundamental warm up, basic activities, and fun games in a safe, structured, and stimulating environment.
A Kick Start 2 coach education course will be held in Kiltimagh/Knock FC, Knock, on Saturday and Sunday November 16 and 17. The course will run from 9am to 6pm on both days.
Participants must attend all modules of each course in order to qualify for certification. The course fee is €45 for Kick Start 1 and €75 for Kick Start 2.
Each course is limited to 24 participants so book early to avoid disappointment.
