The College of Naturopathic Medicine is hosting an evening of free natural health talks on Thursday September 26 in the Galway Cultural Institute in Salthill. This will be an enjoyable and informative evening for anyone who is interested in the field of nutrition.
At 6pm the nutritional therapist Sinead Bradbury will be looking at Foods for fat loss, what to eat for a leaner physique. We live in a time where it is all too easy to gain weight and negatively affect our health, energy, and mood as a consequence. Anyone who is aiming for health and wellness will enjoy this talk, Sinead Bradbury will look at the research on how to achieve the ideal body mass index and how to efficiently burn fat. At 7.15pm nutritional therapist Eleanor Winters will give a talk on fitness and nutrition, increasing performance through nutrition. All sports enthusiasts will find this information invaluable, she will be looking at the best nutritional approach to optimise energy, strength, endurance, recovery, and overall fitness. Finally, at 8.30pm, the CNM nutritional therapist Lara Monaghan will discuss careers in the field of nutritional therapy.
