Capturing your share of international business at July MOCC

The international marketplace is waiting for you and your business can benefit in a big way. Carol Brady from The Enterprise Europe Network (www.een-ireland.ie ) will be talking about “Capturing the Share of International Business” at the next MOCC meeting due to take place in the Innovation in Business Centre (IiBC ) at GMIT Castlebar, on Wednesday July 3 at 9.30am.

Ms Brady’s presentation will outline the specific supports which businesses can receive from their local Enterprise Europe Network office.

The Enterprise Europe Network is made up of close to 600 partner organisations in more than 40 countries, promoting competitiveness and innovation at the local level in Europe and beyond. Within Ireland the network is a consortium made up by Enterprise Ireland, and Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Galway, and Sligo chambers of commerce.

This network offers support and advice to businesses across Ireland and Europe by providing them with information and a menu of services to make the most of the opportunities in Europe. Services are specifically designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs ) but are also available to all businesses, research centres, and universities across Europe.

Services include business to business partnering, advice on access to finance, support for EU projects, and advice on navigating EU laws and standards.

Businesses located in Mayo are assisted by the Enterprise Europe Network partner for the region which is Galway Chamber of Commerce.

MOCC is a business network run by business people for business people. The event is free of charge. All meetings start at 9.30am and last between one hour and 90 minutes.

All you have to do is turn up on the day. More details on the Mayo Open Coffee Club are available on http://mayo-open-coffee-club.org/
