Gain a qualification in nutritional therapy

If you are interested in a career where professionals are increasingly in demand, where job satisfaction is high, where you can have a good income working in a caring profession helping people return to health, you may be interested in the nutritional therapy diploma starting in the Galway Business School in September.

This is a three year part-time programme (run at weekends ) which leads to a diploma in nutritional therapy. Graduates can belong to IANT (Irish Association of Nutritional Therapy ) and indeed if practising in England can belong to the NNA. Graduates can also progress onto BSc level through a UK university.

More and more people understand the connection between nutrition and wellness, this qualification gives the graduate the knowledge, skills, and competence to be a highly effective practitioner. The training is evidence based, drawing on state of the art research so students learn how to develop as critical thinkers. It is also highly practical as many clients, when making change, need practical support such as menu planning, recipe ideas, and how to rethink how they approach food.

A team of lecturers travel from Dublin and Cork to provide the training. An open evening will be held in Galway on Monday June 24 in the Galway Business School. To book a place contact 01 235 3094 or email [email protected]
