May 13 to May 19 marks National Volunteering Week and the ISPCC Mayo would like to take this opportunity to celebrate their volunteers during this week and acknowledge the time and commitment given by them.
ISPCC’s Fiona Jennings said: “As regional volunteer organiser, I am extremely proud of the volunteering ethos among all our volunteers. We currently have 35 active volunteers in Mayo. Each of our individual volunteers gives generously of their time each week to our services, to fundraise and advocate on behalf of children in Ireland. Without their support, the ISPCC as we know it would simply not exist. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our volunteers for their hard work and the invaluable contribution they make to the ISPCC every day.”
