Minister of State for Tourism and Sport, Michael Ring has welcomed the allocation of €112,500 for Saleen Harbour in Binghamstown.
This funding has been announced under the Fishery Harbours and Coastal Infrastructure Development Programme 2013 from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
The funding allocated of €112,500 is to reconstruct pier walls and resurface deck.
Minister Ring in welcoming this funding stated: “I also acknowledge the many representations made by Councillor Gerry Coyle in relation to this very worthy project. The work will enhance Saleen Harbour to the benefit of all those who use this facility.”
