St Gerald’s College, Castlebar, entered three teams into the regional competition (north-west ) for applied mathematics.
The competition took place in NUIG and 30 teams from schools throughout Connacht took part. In a very close finish the competition was won by a team from St Gerald’s by one point. The team comprised Niall E Fahey, David Lyons, and Ronan Sheridan. Congratulations to them on this great achievement. The team now goes forward to the All Ireland final where they will compete against the other 11 regional winners. Also included is Mr Mac Suibhne.
