West new spring classes including morning sessions

Boxercise West has announced the new morning classes for its spring timetable. Early bird classes will start at 7am and then again at 9.30am to coincide with the school run. Boxercise West classes are growing from strength to strength each year as director/instructor of the classes Adrian Sheerin (winner of the best of Mayo service provider 2012 ) is constantly updating his own skills to give clients the best quality classes.

Last year he became the only boxercise instructor in Ireland to receive the senior instructor award (this enables him to train the trainers ). He believes clients should get value for their money and is so confident he is offering full money back guarantee if they are not 100 per cent happy with the class or the results they receive.

The classes range from women’s only shape and tone – an exhilarating exercise to music class which consists of 30 minutes of cardio exercise followed by leg and floor work. The class is specially designed for women focusing on shaping the legs, toning the abs, and sculpting those bums.

Boxercise classes have now become very popular since the success of the Olympics and women love the punching and fun exercise drills. Boxercise West has a wide range of boxercise classes to suit the absolute beginner to the more advanced.

Bootcamp classes offer huge variety with a fun workout that leaves you and your body guessing from week to week. All new blocks of classes start the week beginning April 15. Call Adrian Sheerin on 086 058 1956 – numbers will be limited. See www.boxercisewest.ie for full schedule of class times, or like them on Facebook www.facebook.com/boxercisewest
