Networking is such a buzz word now. More and more businesses are finding that they have to get out and network in these different groups or events to generate business. This month’s JCI Mayo meeting is all about this. “Business Networking & Sex – Not what you think” is a presentation from Mayo based networking expert Derek Reilly who has trained hundreds of businesspeople in the west of Ireland how to network successfully.

Reilly has based his presentation on the best selling book of the same name. He says: “The book gives some fantastic statistics on the gender difference and I have added some practical take aways and exercises to make this workshop enjoyable.” Reilly is an award winning consultant and speaks on the topic of networking both nationally and internationally.

If you are curious about networking or maybe the differences between the genders then do not miss this JCI open meeting on Thursday March 28 in the Harlequin Hotel from 6.30pm to 9pm. Check the JCI Mayo Facebook page to register for this free seminar.

JCI Mayo is part of an international organisation aimed at attracting members aged 18 to 40 focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship, and active citizenship. The organisation has a strong focus on developing young leaders by involving them in the running of many worthwhile projects which add to and enhance community life in Mayo. This event will help you to understand the value of JCI membership for you and provide you with some insight into how you can become an active member.
