A man has been sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Castlebar Circuit Court in relation to a charge of sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy which allegedly took place in January 2010.
The defendant, who is contesting the charge, was served with the book of evidence on Tuesday.
Judge Mary Devins sent the man forward for trial to Castlebar Circuit Court sitting on May 7.
