Renew yourself and improve your health with homeopathy

January is usually a time when we want to make positive changes in our lives for the year ahead. If improving your health is on your list of New Year’s resolutions then attending a homeopathy workshop may be just the thing to get you off to a good start.

Homeopathy can be very effective in treating a wide range of illnesses including sore throats, coughs, colds, and flu, while at the same time strengthening your overall health and immunity. For less than the cost of a GP visit you can learn to treat you and your family for these common complaints at the next Get Started in Homeopathy one-day workshop in Galway this spring with Thérèse Cosgrove, a registered homeopath practising in Athenry.

During the workshop, participants will be taught how to prescribe for common acute complaints such as coughs and flu, and minor injuries such as strains and sprains. Also covered are remedies for teething, stomach bugs, food poisoning, and exam nerves.

Also commencing in March is a five weekend course in homeopathy and nutrition. The course has specific modules on children’s complaints, women and men’s health, emotional health, tissue salts, and nutrition and detox. The concept of your individual constitutional health and susceptibility is also covered. It is ideal for the home-prescriber and healthcare professional seeking more in-depth knowledge and practice in homeopathy.
