Evening classes at Westport College of Further Education

Westport College of Further Education is providing a range of night classes for the the spring programme. There are lots of surprises in store with courses catering for popular demand.

On Tuesday, January 29, from 7pm to 9pm the college is enrolling for the following courses with all classes commencing on February 5 at 7pm: A new year; a new you: A unique programme to encourage a healthier lifestyle while challenging our ideas about food and eating. Speak up, speak out: a lighter approach to speaking in public. Start your own business: A good idea can be turned into a great idea. Nails, pedicure and manicure: Have great nails for every occasion. Social media for parents: Enjoy the internet and stay safe. Welding for beginners: For DIY enthusiasts who want to add a new string to their bow. Grow your own organic vegetables: How to get started with your own kitchen garden, no matter what size. Intermediate computers: This course is very popular and caters for people who already have basic computer skills. Beginners’ conversational Spanish: This course builds on the beginners’ course hosted by the college last year. Digital photography: Taking photos, printing and saving your favourite images.

All courses start on Tuesday, February 5. Demand for places can be high so early attendance is advised at your convenience.
