Quit smoking with hypnosis

Some years back the largest study ever conducted into stopping smoking was undertaken in the USA and published in the New Scientist magazine. It studied everything from willpower, nicotine patches, positive thinking, placebos, chewing gum - and the conclusion was that most of the methods turned out to be hopeless. Hypnosis however came out as the most effective anti-smoking technique. Figures showed that hypnotherapy was 300 per cent more successful than nicotine replacement therapies and 500 per cent more successful than methods that are based on willpower alone.

Most people firmly believe it is difficult to stop smoking because they are addicted to nicotine. If that is true, why do smokers have such problems even when they use nicotine replacement products? In truth, it is the psychological addiction that really causes the real problem, and that is why hypnosis is so effective.

Hypnosis changes the old negative programming at a subconscious level, where all learned habits are stored.

Hypnosis can directly access the subconscious mind to enable changes to be made quickly and easily. It can remove the desire to smoke, and replace it with feelings of calm, control, etc. It breaks both the habit and the psychological dependency of smoking.

Have you tried to quit in the past without success? If so, it does not mean you cannot quit, it simply means that you were using a method that did not work for you. Hypnosis can make the difference between success and failure.
