Bocci classes and other physical activities for the over 50s are held in the Sports Complex, Swinford Road, Charlestown every Tuesday at 10.30am. All are welcome.
HOLD
Helping Ourselves Live with Disability is a group of people with various disabilities who meet on a weekly basis in Cosgallen CDP. The meetings are every Tuesday morning from 11am to 1pm.
Citizens Information Centre
Mayo Citizens Information Service will hold an outreach on Wednesday December 10 at the Cosgallen office, Charlestown from 9.45am to 11.30am. The service is free and confidential.
In Her Shoes
This year the 16 days of Action Opposing Violence against Women will run until December 10. The In Her Shoes display involves a shoe display in a shop window, with each pair of shoes representing one woman who has been murdered in Ireland since 1996 as a result of domestic violence. This window is located on Main Street, Swinford, across the road from the AIB Bank. Please take an opportunity to stop and look at the display.
