Are you a mum with a bump? Or a parent with a new baby or toddler? Or do you have a helping hand in looking after children? Then why not go along to the Connacht Baby Shows in Mayo and Sligo this January and February for a great day of shopping, expert information, demonstrations, children’s entertainment, and giveaways.
The Connacht Baby Show will take place at The Downhill Hotel, Ballina, on January 27; Breaffy House Hotel, Castlebar on February 3; and The Sligo Park Hotel on February 17 from 12 noon to 5pm with free admission.
Organisers are teaming up with some great local businesses and services, so you can find out about the latest baby products and services available in your local area.
You will be able to chat with different service providers and organisations, and there will be talks and live demonstrations from a variety of experts. If you have questions on anything from pregnancy to labour, or teething to weaning, there will be an expert panel in place for a question and answer session from 2pm to 3pm at each event.
Go along and meet other new parents and parents-to-be, find support networks, or locate your nearest parents and toddler group.
On the day there will be free giveaways, goodie bags, and fantastic bargains. And not forgetting the toddlers, there will be face painting, Kindermusik demonstrations, balloon modelling, and more.
