A 32-year-old man who was detected drink driving was disqualified from driving for three years by Judge Denis McLoughlin.
It was outlined at Castlebar District Court that on March 8 2012 at 11.14pm, gardaí stopped Paul Irwin, 49 Summerfield, Castlebar, at Moneenbradagh, Castlebar.
He was arrested for drink driving and at Castlebar Garda Station provided a breath sample which showed 75mg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
Judge McLoughlin convicted and fined him €300 and disqualified him from driving for three years.
