A lucky Mayo lotto player scooped one of only four €100,000 prizes in the New Year’s Eve National Lottery Millionaire Raffle.
The lucky ticket was sold in Brennan’s, Garden Street, Ballina, Co Mayo on Friday, December 21 and the ticket number is 128 884.
The winning tickets were drawn live on RTÉ One by TV presenter Brian Ormond as part of the New Year’s Eve Gathering 2013 broadcast from College Green in Dublin.
Christmas Millionaire Raffle ticket number 073 765 won the top prize of €1,000,000. The lucky ticket was purchased in Sweeney’s Newsagent in the SuperValu Shopping Centre, Caramore Road in Dungloe, Co Donegal on Saturday 15 December 2012.
All Christmas Millionaire Raffle ticket holders have 90 days to collect their prizes. The top six prizes can only be collected in National Lottery offices in Dublin.
Following the live television broadcast, the remaining 2,230 prize winners were drawn for prize amounts ranging from €500 up to €10,000.
