The Galway Study Centre will be offering one week of intensive revision classes during the Christmas holiday period. Classes will start on Monday December 31, and apart from New Year’s Day, will continue until Saturday January 5.
Tutorial centres are judged primarily by the success of their students at examination time. The Galway Study Centre at Mill Street, over the past 30 years, has built a strong reputation. A panel of expert and well known teachers strive to maintain this success record and continue to attract new students.
This Christmas, students have a wide choice of subjects to pick from. Teachers will be concentrating on key topical areas in each subject and there will be constant emphasis on exam techniques. All classes are backed up by comprehensive study and revision notes. Class groups are kept small, especially language classes. While class sizes vary, generally groups are kept to a maximum size of 16.

Apart from Christmas, the Study Centre offers a whole host of courses including one day preparation courses for the Leaving Cert Oral Examinations and Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English seminars. In addition, weekly after school and Saturday classes in nearly all subjects run throughout the whole year. Information booklets can be posted on request.
