A challenge brought against the validity of the receivers appointed to the TF Hotel and Theatre and Harlequin Hotel in Castlebar has been dismissed in the Commercial Court.
The directors of Diorama, Pat and Mary Jennings, brought proceedings against receivers Kieran Wallace and Barry Donohue of KPMG, who were appointed as joint receivers and managers by Bank of Scotland.
Justice Brian McGovern said at the court sitting on Wednesday that the receivers were validly appointed.
