The Karen Community in Ireland are launching a fundraising John Hoban CD on Saturday December 8 from 2pm to 4pm in the Le Cheile Family Resource Centre, Linenhall Street, Castlebar.
Money will go towards Karen children at Mae La Refugee camp school in Thailand.
The CD will be for sale alongside a cake sale, delicious Karen food, and Karen crafts. Go along for some free tea, coffee, and biscuits. There will also be live music, a documentary about the Karen children’s school, and much more. This is a great event so bring all the family too.
