Two men were before Castlebar District Court on Wednesday in relation to the non-declaration of properties for the Household Charge.
The property owners before court were John Joe Duffy, Cornaroya, Ballinrobe, and Michael Cawe, Caheredmond, Claremorris Road, Ballinrobe.
Judge Mary Devins said that the first Household Charge summonses came before Westport District Court last week, which were adjourned to Westport District Court on December 20.
The judge adjourned theses cases to the same court sitting.
