Book club tea party

Enjoy coffee and cup cakes with Kathleen McMahon and Kate Kerrigan in the Wyatt Hotel on Sunday November 10 at 12 noon.

Kathleen McMahon, the granddaughter of Mary Lavin, undoubtedly has literary genius in her genes –something that was recognised when she won an amazing book deal for her debut novel This is How it Ends.

Historical novelist and Irish Mail on Sunday columnist Kate Kerrigan began her career as an editor and journalist. One of her novels, Recipes for a Perfect Marriage was shortlisted for the Romantic Novel of the Year award.

The two Kates will read and chat about their works and the world of publishing. This tea party will focus on how to make the transition from reader to writer.

Admission: €10 (includes coffee and a delicious gourmet cupcake made by artisan baker Terri Fitzpatrick ).
