A man was before Ballina District Court on Tuesday in relation to a charge of sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy.
The defendant, who had not instructed his solicitor on how he is pleading, was remanded on continuing bail to Ballina District Court on November 13 for solicitor’s instructions and for jurisdiction to be considered if necessary.
