Cllr Gerry Coyle proposed the project move to the next stage and this was seconded by Cllr Rose Conway Walsh who said she did so with reservations, but it was for the good of the whole area.
Cllrs Coyle and Walsh also mentioned that they would keep fighting to get homes that would be excluded from connecting to the scheme included on it.
