Three pupils from Gaelscoil de Búrca Claremorris made it through stiff competition to qualify recently for the All-Ireland Fleadh Irish Speaking Competition held in Cavan at the end of August.
The students began their journey qualifying first at the Mayo Fleadh earlier in the year, they then succeeded at the Connacht Fleadh in July to further qualify for the All-Ireland Fleadh in August.
Twenty pupils from all over Ireland competed in each age category. Lúc Ó Conláin, Rang 3, brought home an All Ireland bronze medal.
