All the lamb in the Food Store is from local farmers and much of it fattened on Niall's own farm at Lough Na Nannagh. The traditional meats and modern skills are used in a huge selection of ready to cook lamb, pork and poultry based dishes which ensures quality product and taste for all the family. Traceability has never been an issue at the Food Store as all the meats are cooked in store and salads are freshly prepared at the salad bar.
