The Anne Tobin Beauty college is Connacht’s number one hair, beauty and sports massage college.
Already in it's sixth year, Anne is delighted to add hairdressing to her syllabi. This course, as are all the college's courses, is accredited to ITEC (itecworld.co.uk ). Modules covered are—shampooing, colouring, cutting, blow drying, GHD, health and safety and related topics.
The course runs Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, with placement on Fridays and Saturdays. The course starts in September and finishes in April. Barbering is also covered.

Full-time beauty courses in September will cover beauty, body and electrolysis. There are also evening part-time courses available in body massage, beauty, reflexology, sports and remedial massage. Other courses available are hot stone and Indian head massage.
Starting in July are the very popular spray tanning, advanced waxing and nail technology courses; covering manicure/gel/acrylic/French tip, and there are still places available.
ITEC lecturing is also available for those who wish to upskill in this industry.
