On Sunday August 5, the second annual Inishbofin Loop Walk Challenge will take place in aid of Cancer Care West.
One can choose from an 8km or 16km walk, starting at the Community Centre at 12.30pm, the walk takes in The Westquarter Loop, crossing over Fawnmore mountain to join up with the Middlequarter Loop, continuing on to The Cloonamore Loop and around the East End village and back to the community centre.
After a short rest a buffet and evening of music will take place in The Dolphin Hotel. There will also have a draw with prizes.
