The team at HealthWest Community Pharmacy Ballindine are up for awards again. After being shortlisted for the JCI Ireland Friendly Business award 2011, HealthWest Community Pharmacy in Ballindine has been shortlisted in the last 100 stores in Ireland for Retail Excellence Ireland Awards 2012.
“We’re delighted with being shortlisted for these national awards. Our customer service was recognised last year in winning the JCI Mayo Friendly Business award for 2011 and being shortlisted for the national award, and we hope to progress in these Retail Excellence Ireland awards also,” said Ultan Molloy MPSI, proprietor and pharmacist.
“We have a fantastic team here of health care assistants, Andrea Coen, Deirdre Heneghan and Niamh Keating; pharmacy technicians Michelle Milner and Lorraine Howley, and pharmacists Sharon Coen and Sharon Commins. “I’m very proud of them,” Mr Molloy said.
The awards cover customer service, store presentation, product presentation, and standard of services offered to visiting customers. They are assessed and scored independently by a mystery shopper from Retail Excellence Ireland.
Mr Molloy concluded: “We’re confident that we can get further ahead in these awards. We have a strong customer focused team here that ensures excellent service on every visit to HealthWest Community Pharmacy in Ballindine.”
