The Legend of Gráinne Mhaol traditional music show at Hotel Westport received a standing ovation following a sold out opening performance of the show last week in Westport. The show, which runs every Monday and Wednesday during the summer at Hotel Westport, received glowing reviews from everyone in attendance, with many stating they will be returning with family and friends over the summer months. The Gráinne Mhaol show is now regarded as a ‘must see’ for visitors to Mayo this summer.
The Legend of Gráinne Mhaol music show is based on the real-life story of the legendary Irish pirate chieftain, Grace O’Malley or Gráinne Mhaol, and it is a wonderful celebration of Irish music, song, and dance.
