Release stress through mental field therapy

MFT stands for mental field therapy. At the ISHSKO Centre in Westport, MFT is used to relieve pain sensation caused by unresolved psychological traumas. It alleviates the adrenal stress associated with emotional conflict, which compromises a patient's physical health. MFT gently releases the stress through a series of specific tapping points and healing statements made by the patient. It is an elegant and effective means of helping people clear emotional issues.

MFT is also useful to substitute restricting sets of belief by new constructive beliefs. According to Dr Evelien van Amerongen, from the ISHSKO Centre, MFT can effectively be used to treat migraine, allergies, and even virus infections. For viruses there should, however, also be a treatment with adequate medicine included. The diagnosed sequence of nine points, when tapped, influences all of the 14 major meridian lines.

The physical body correlates with unresolved emotional conflict or stress. Unresolved stress causes a conditioned nerve loop connecting the limbic system, where many experiences are stored with the hypothalamus, where the physical stress response of the autonomic nerve system is triggered.

MFT is an easy way to help the body deal with stressful situations (like exposure to allergens, or emotional stress ), help with the uptake of nutrients, and do a general clearing of the energy field of the body.
