Inland Fisheries Ireland will host this year’s Fisheries Awareness Week from May 12 to May 20. The purpose of the week is to raise awareness of Ireland’s magnificent fisheries resource and also to encourage participation in recreational angling by facilitating events which enable people to come along and try their hand at angling.
