Castlebar Young Fine Gael will hold its annual general meeting this Saturday April 28 at 7.30pm in the TF Royal Hotel. An Taoiseach Enda Kenny and John O’Mahony TD will be guest speakers on the night.
Young Fine Gael aims to provide an outlet and a forum for the youth of Ireland and indeed Castlebar, so that they can voice their views, thoughts, and opinions while also enjoying the social aspects of the youth wing of Fine Gael, according to Castlebar Young Fine Gael chairperson Darragh Loftus.
He added: “At the moment we need to begin to believe again and have pride in what we have to offer. We understand our country is in transition, however we must move with the times and attempt to move forward with ambition for ourselves and our country.”
Mr Loftus said Castlebar Young Fine Gael would like to welcome everyone on Saturday night for what promises to be a great night of debate.
