Two 19 year old men appeared in Castlebar District Court on Tuesday this week and were charged with a number of offences relating to a number of burglaries across the region over the last few weeks.
The two men, Luke Wall, Gurteenamuck, Foxford, Co Mayo and John McDonagh 27 St Muredach’s Terrace, Ballina were both remanded in custody to appear today in Harristown District Court for DPP directions and the possibility of further charges.
The two men had been arrested near Knockmore village on the morning of Sunday, April 15 by Gardai following the assistance of members of the public.
