Two publications—Mayo Biodiversity and Mayo Hedgerows—which are an in-depth analysis of flora and fauna in the county, will both be officially launched this year.
Speaking at the Cultural, Education, Heritage and Corporate Affairs SPC this week, Director of Services, Joe Loftus said that these are “landmark publications” as no other local authority has produced such detailed documents on these topics before.
The launch of both booklets will take place on May 16 In Lough Lannagh
