Trends, tailoring and transformation will be in store for all who attend the Weight Watchers Fashion Show and night of transformation in The Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Friday April 13.
Local Mayo stores will be providing the clothes for the event and local hair stylists and make up artists will have the models looking their best on the night.
Proceeds from the high profile event will go to Westport based suicide awareness group Talkaboutit.ie
Organiser Marian Marren believes that the cause is one that everyone can relate to: “Mayo and the other counties in Connacht have been greatly affected by suicide and it’s an issue that is not getting enough recognition. We’re delighted that proceeds from this event will go to talkaboutit.ie, a group who are doing great work raising awareness about suicide in the region,” she said.
Tickets for the event are €10 and can be purchased on the night or from www.theroyal.ie
