Claremorris councillor Tom Connolly has welcomed the announcement that funding of €50,000 has been allocated for the completion of the Parks road in Mayo Abbey – work will start in the coming months.
“This is very welcome news and an issue I have been campaigning on for the last number of years,” said Cllr Connolly.
