Aware’s Mayo support group for individuals with experience of depression meets every Tuesday at 8.30pm in the St Vincent de Paul Centre, Auray Place (bottom of Newport Road ), Castlebar. A group for relatives meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 8.30pm in the same location.
Aware support groups also meet in Ballinrobe and Ballina.
