The swim and gym sessions for men over 55 are running on Thursday afternoons from 3pm to 5pm at Ealú Leisure Centre, Broadhaven Bay Hotel.

It costs €10 for an hour swimming lesson and an hour access to gym/exercise equipment. To book your place contact Lorraine on 097 81079.
