A man who was found in possession of €4 worth of drugs was convicted and fined at this week’s sitting of Castlebar District Court.
David Marshall, 138 Greenhills Estate, Ballina, was the front seat passenger of a car which was stopped by gardaí in June 2011. Marshall was found with cannabis in his front left pocket.
The defendant has previous convictions. Judge Denis McLoughlin convicted and fined Marshall €100.
